    Abstract:

Breather is an important nonlinear vibration mode that widely exists in many nonlinear models. In this paper, the approximate breather solution of the time-dependent Peierls equation is presented, and the correctness of the breather solution is verified by numerical simulation. The results show that the proposed solution is really a breather of the dynamical Peierls equation, and the breather solution can be viewed as a bound state of dislocation and anti-dislocation.
