Random walks in independent and Identically distributed random environment on right half-line

Abstract:

In this paper, a model of random walk that is absorbed and reflected by a certain probability at 0 in independent and identically distributed random environment on the right half-line is given. The recurrence and limit properties of the model are discussed and the absorbing probabilities are calculated .
