Existence of positive solutions for a class of fourth-order nonlinear discrete boundary value problems

Abstract:

In this paper, we study the existence of positive solutions for a class of fourth-order nonlinear difference equation boundary value problems, and construct the Green’s function for the associated linear problem and then obtain its properties. The proof of the main result is based on the Leray-Schauder fixed point theorem.
