Abstract:In this paper, numerical solution of the initial-boundary value problem for the Rosenau-KdV-RLW equation under homogeneous boundary is considered. A three-level linear difference scheme with second order accuracy is proposed and the existence and uniqueness of the difference solution are proved. Despite the absence of the maximum mold estimation of the difference solutions, we still prove that the difference scheme is convergent and stable by using the mathematical induction and discrete function analysis. The analytical results are demonstrated by the numerical examples.

Abstract:In this paper, we discuss the construction and analysis of the weak Galerkin (WG) finite element methods for the fourth order singular perturbation problems in two and three dimensions. By introducing the weak second order partial derivative operators, the WG method is constructed by adopting continuous piecewise polynomials of degree k>2 for the approximation to the displacement in the interior of elements, and discontinuous piecewise polynomials of degree k-1 for the approximations to the trace of displacement gradient on the inter-element boundaries. Based on the properties of the Scott-Zhang and L^2 projections, optimal error estimates in energy norm are derived. In addition, for the boundary layer case, we show that the methods are convergent uniformly with respect to the perturbation parameter. Numerical examples are provided to verify the theoretical results.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider the existence of positive solutions for the second-order singular differential equation with Sturm-Liouville boundary condition. By dividing the growth property of f at zero and infinity into 9 cases, we discuss the range of parameter corresponding to the cases of the equation having none, at least one and two positive solutions by using the fixed point theorem of cone expansion and compression.

Abstract:In this paper, we are concerned with the longtime behavior of the non-autonomous strongly damped wave equations. We first obtain the dissipativity of the process associated with the equations. Then, by using the skill of the operator decomposition, we prove the asymptotic compactness of the process. Finally, we give out the existence of the time-dependent attractors for the equation.

Abstract:As a generalization of B-S model, CEV model is more feasible in practical operation. This paper aims at pricing problem for American put-options of CEV on dividend-paying stock.The variation equation for the model is derived. An explicit difference scheme for the approximate solution is presented Then stability and convergence of the scheme are analyzed,the corresponding stability conditions are given. Numerical experiment shows that this scheme is efficient.

Abstract:In this paper, we discuss the existence of odd periodic solutions for nonlinear 2nth-order differential equations. By applying the Leray-Schauder fixed point theorem and Fourier analysis method, the results of existence of odd peiodic solutions is obtained under the nonlinearity f satisfies unilateral growth condition.

Abstract:Hydraulic rock drilling rig plays an important role in modern tunneling construction. The existing hydraulic drilling rig is completed by the operator when locating the hole position. The order of locating holes and the time to search holes is not optimized, which results in time waste and low efficiency. In view of the above problems, in this paper, the multinode motion and the time of locating hole path of long arm multijoint intelligent rock drill are optimized for large tunnel section and complex hole system. The innovative research is as follows: by the rock drilling tunnel form and excavation mode analysis, as well as the explosion hole parameters setting, a collisionfree planning is proposed for the left and right manipulator drilling tasks. At the same time, the total change time of each joint variable of the multijoint manipulator is used as the optimization objective function. The ant colony algorithm is used to optimize the objective function, and the optimized hole finding path with the shortest hole positioning time is obtained, which improves the positioning and finding efficiency of the hydraulic rock drilling rig mechanical arm.

Abstract:Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescription, as an important part of TCM theory, is one of the main manifestation forms and ways of clinical treatment. We need to study orientedefficacy compatibility for treatment based on syndrome differentiation. A prescription is composed of several or a dozen drugs, which efficacies are not simply the composition of all individual effect. In fact, its efficacies are the results of the interactions among drugs inside the prescription. At present, most researches focus on exploiting the frequencies of drugs in prescriptions by utilizing data mining technologies, which cannot catch the interactions among drugs. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel algorithm utilizing sparse representation learning to mine oriented efficacy compatibility in TCM ancient prescriptions, which takes low weight drugs as noise and makes up an oriented efficacy drug group with high weight drugs. We combine the logistics and L1 norm based regularization to mine the oriented efficacy compatibility. Lastly, 14 prescription datasets with different efficacies are used to validate our approach as well as dice index and the average retrieval rate are taken as metrics. Experimental results show that our approach is more effective and accurate than those of the stateoftheart research.

Abstract:In financial time series prediction and data mining research, Piecewise Linear Representation (PLR) is generally used for time series data preprocessing, but the PLR algorithm uses a single fitting error as the threshold, and the segmentation effect is not ideal, and the versatility, time complexity and other shortcomings of PLR need to be improved. This paper proposes a financial time series region segmentation method, which is superior to the traditional piecewise linear method in both qualitative and quantitative.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of how to quickly retrieve the relevant instance according to a certain degree of similarity in case reasoning design, this paper proposes a retrieval method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.With object oriented case representation methods, we mainly study how to determine the similarity of attribute characteristics in mechanical design basis. The proposed retrieve method introduces fuzzy mathematics and grey relation analysis into the case retrieval process, and the combination weight of feature attributes are determined with the analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method. Taking the hoist design as an example, the efficiency, reliability and practicability of the proposed retrieve method are validated.

Abstract:In order to effectively tackle the research topics identification with multiple data source, a new research topic identification method is presented based on causal regression. In this paper, the evaluation indicators are defined to identify the key parameters of research topics for multiple data source, such as the citation weight and status density of research topics, the feature function is established with morphological characteristics of research topics, and the research topics identification based on multiple data sources is modeled by causal regression. The experimental results show that the proposed method has great advantages in terms of value citation, citation weight and similarity with frontier topics, compared with Naive Bayes, KNN and Mge LDA algorithm.

Abstract:As DoS attacks lead to an increasing risk to the availability of protocol, Some effective methods are required to analyze the antiDoS performance of security protocols. However, the current proposed methods for analyzing the antiDoS performance of security protocols have some shortcomings, some can only analyze a part of DoS attacks, and some only focus on the agreement of computing resources consumption, while ignoring the consumption of storage resources. In view of the above deficiencies, this paper extends the strand space model with introducing the message correlation set and the cost function, and proposes a new method to analyze the antiDoS performance of the security protocol. Detailed anti DoS performance analysis is presented for the JFK protocol by the new proposed method in the paper.

Abstract:Medical management informationization is an important means to improve the health level of the whole people under the special national conditions of China’s large population and scarce medical resources. This paper discusses a series of problems in medical management informationization development in China and points out the importance of blockchain based application in medical management information system. Blockchain technology can be used to tackle some issues such as interconnection, confidentiality, non tampering and sharing in medical information resources, which will provide important technical support for the further development of Internet+medical care in China.

Abstract:This paper proposes a method to extract the equivalent circuit model of the diode and a microwave rectifying circuit is designed base on this method. Specifically, a rectifying circuit operating at the microwave frequency of 2.45 GHz is designed, fabricated and tested according to the diode model of HSMS282C in the component library first. Then, the equivalent model of the diode is optimized on the basis of the measured results. Finally, the rectifying circuit is redesigned with the obtained equivalent model. In addition, a microstrip step impedance lowpass filter is adopted, which is used to reduce the effects of the parasitic parameters on the tested results introduced by the welding. It is demonstrated that the measured and the simulated results of the rectifying circuit designed with the proposed method agree well with each other. The conversion efficiency of achieved 73.4% when the input power is 20 dBm and the DC load is 500 Ω

Abstract:The lower energy stable geometric configurations of VMnHx (x=1-5) have been investigated by employing the hybrid density functional method (DFT) where the exchange-correlation functional in PW91 functional together with double-ζ polarization (DZP) basis sets are used. The properties of ground states also have been discussed. These properties include their ground state molecular stereo-structures and infrared spectral characters, thermodynamic stabilities and chemical bonds between metal atoms. The results show that: the point groups and their electronic states of these ground state molecules are VMnH(Cs, 2A′ ), VMnH2 (Cs, 1A′), VMnH3(Cs, 2A′′), VMnH4 (C3v, 3A1 ) and VMnH5 (C1, 2A), respectively. Their energy gaps between the highest occupied orbital (HOMO) and the lowest empty orbital (LUMO) are all bigger than 30 kcal•mol-1, the largest one is VMnH4 with 60.2 kcal•mol-1, and the lowest one is VMnH with 34.6 kcal•mol-1. The average atomization energies of VMnHx (x=1~5) increase monotonously as the number of hydrogen atoms increase. Their highest electron affinity is less than 4 kcal•mol-1, meaning that their adsorption capacity for electrons is very weak. The intermetallic bond in ground VMnH4 is a single bond, the other such bonds are triple bond.

Abstract:Using the first-principles method based on density functional theory we study the structural properties of zinc-blende structure, rocksalt structure and hexagonal wurtzite structure of ZnSe. At the same time, according to the isoenthalpy principle, we have found the transition pressure from zinc-blende to rocksalt is about 15.5 GPa, which is in good agreement with the experimental result. The elastic constants of ZnSe with zinc-blende structure under different pressures are calculated. The relationship between the thermal expansion coefficient and the pressure at different temperatures are obtained based on the quasi-harmonic Debye model.

Abstract:The study of atomic structures in dense plasmas has a very important reference value for plasma diagnosis and astronomical observation. The MCDF method combined with ion sphere model are used in this work to investigate the influence of dense plasmas on the energy levels and transition parameters (transition energies, transition probabilities and oscillator strengths) of the Li-like Al ion in dense plasmas. With the increase of plasma screening intensity, the changes of the atomic structural parameters mentioned above are listed below: The energy levels of 1s22p (2P1/2,3/2) increase, but those of 1s23s (2S1/2), 1s23p (2P1/2,3/2) and 1s23d (2D3/2,5/2) decrease. The transition parameters of transitions between different principle quantum number n decrease. The transition parameters of transitions between the same principle quantum number n increase, except that of 1s23s (2S1/2) - 1s23p (2P1/2,3/2). The transition parameters of transitions between 1s23s (2S1/2) - 1s23p (2P1/2,3/2) increase first and then decrease with the rise of free electron densities. In the fine structures of one transition, the transition probabilities and oscillator strengths for △J=1 are greater, but those for △J=0 are relatively smaller.

Abstract:The structural stabilities and electronic properties of four kinds of ZnO nanowires (NWs) are investigated by using first-principles approaches. It shows that the stability of ZnO NWs increases as the size increases. The band gaps of ZnO NWs become larger than that of the corresponding bulk wurtzite ZnO due to quantum size effect, and decrease as the size increases.

Abstract:The structures, electronic and magnetic properties of (ZnSe)12 clusters doped with one and two Co atoms have been studied in term of a first-principles method. Substitutional, exohedral, and endohedral dopings are considered. The exohedral isomer is found to be most favorable in energy for monodoped clusters, while the endohedral isomer is found to be most favorable for bidoped clusters. The magnetic moments are contributed mainly by the 3d component of Co atom, while the 4s and 4p orbitals also have certain contributions. Due to the hybridization interaction, a small magnetic moment is induced in the nearest neighboring Se and Zn atoms. Most importantly, we demonstrate that the endohedral bidoped (ZnSe)12 clusters favor the ferromagnetic state, which has potential applications in nanoscale quantum devices.

Abstract:According to the real space renormalization group method, the phase transition of S4 model on a diamond lattice is studied, and its critical points are obtained. The results show that there only exist a Gaussian fixed point and the Wilson-Fisher fixed point is not found. Compared to the Gauss model on a diamond lattice, they have the same critical points. The results indicate that the two systems belong to the same university class.

Abstract:The most serious fouling is observed when the microfiltration of the A2O wastewater without the pretreatment. The flux is significantly improved by the adsorption pretreatment of diatomite, floridin and activated carbon. The improvement degree is as the following order: activated carbon>floridin> diatomite. As shown in the SEM pictures, a cake layer is found on the membrane used for the wastewater without pretreatment, while the cake layer is not found on the membrane used for the wastewater with pretreatment. Therefore, the dominant reason of the less fouling is the less adsorption of the foulants on the membrane surface.

Abstract:Based on the principle of that the equivalent decay constant of perforated accumulation chamber, we propose a new method to rapidly measure the surface radon exhalation rate with multi-point detection technique. In our method, we first place the radon accumulation chamber on the surface of the samples then collect and calculate the radon exhalation rate. After a certain time, the radon chamber is connected with the radon exhalation rate measuring monitor. Radon concentration is calculated and the radon exhalation rate is measured. The relative error of radon exhalation rate measured by us is smaller than that by the standard device of South China. Obviously, the proposed method here can meet the need to measure the radon exhalation rate distribution on the surface of tailings reservoir in a wide area. The reviled method provides a feasible and believable means to measure the radon exhalation rate both rapidly and accurately.

Abstract:The donor-acceptor(D-A) conjugated copolymer were designed by choosing Thieno[3,2-b]thiophene(TT) as the electron donor and quinoxaline(Q), Benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole(BT), pyrazino[2,3-g]quinoxaline(PQ), [1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-g]quinoxaline (TQ) or Benzobis[1,2,5]thiadiazole (BBT) as the electron acceptor unit. The DFT/B3LYP method is employed to investigate the electronic structures and properties of the donor-acceptor alternating copolymers. The theoretical results suggest that electron-acceptor strength contribute significantly to the geometrical structures and electronic properties of the alternating donor-acceptor copolymers. The geometrical and electronic properties of the TT-based copolymers exhibit a systematic trend with the electron-acceptor strength within a certain range. The bond length alternation, band gap (Eg) and hole effective mass decrease, the bandwidth (both valence and conduction band) increases systematically with an increase in the electron-withdrawing ability of the acceptor moiety within a certain range of the electron-acceptor strength.

Abstract:A free-standing graphene/MnO2 composite material has been prepared through a simple hydrothermal method, followed by freeze-dried in vacuum treatment. The structure and morphology of the composite were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of mass ratio of reactants and electrolyte on the electrochemical properties of the materials were investigated. The results show that the specific capacitance of the composite is the largest in KOH electrolyte. In addition, the specific capacitance of the composite material can reach 224 F/g (the current density is 1 A/g) when the mass ratio of reactants is 1: 4.

Abstract:The carbon dots solution was prepared by the microwave method using citric acid and polyethylene glycol 200 as raw materials, which was characterized by laser dynamic light scattering, XRD, UV, TEM and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The experimental results show that the carbon dots produced are approximate spherical with better dispersity and without reunion phenomenon, and their sizes are about 5 nm. At the optimum excitation wavelength of 363 nm, the emission wavelength is 418 nm. With the increase of temperature, the emission peak position of the carbon dots solution does not move, but the intensity of fluorescence declines significantly. There is a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and temperature, R2=0.9895. The carbon dots sensitive to temperature are expected to be used in some devices of fluorescent material of displaying and the measurement of surface temperature.

Abstract:Based on the finite difference time domain method, the effects of geometrical parameters, refractive indices of core and embedding medium and polarization directions of incident light on the optical properties of elliptical gold nanotubes with a nonconcentric core are investigated. The results show that when the polarization direction of the incident light is parallel to the long axis of the elliptical section, with the increase of kernel offset, higher order peaks appear and red shift in the extinction spectra, moreover, a new gradually increasing peak appear in the longer wavelength region. The new peak red shifts and its intensity increases with the increases in nanotube overall size and refractive index of core material, but the intensity decreases as refractive index of embedding medium decreases, the peak blue shifts and its intensity decreases with the increase in the short axis, the other peaks change differently as well. Furthermore, with increasing the angle between the polarization direction of the incident light and the long axis, the extinction peaks red shift.

Abstract:L-citrulline in the lateral bud of saffron was quantitatively analyzed for the first time and the extraction method was optimized. After ultrasonic extraction, the samples were derived with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene (FDNB) and analyzed by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The results showed that a good linear relationship was obtained for L-citrulline in the concentration range of 0.98~62.50 μg/mL with R2 = 0.9998,the detection limit of L-citrulline was 0.2440ng/mL(S/N=3), and the average recovery was 101.15% ( n=6, RSD=1.00% ). After the extraction method was optimized,the content of L-citrulline in the lateral bud of saffron was determined to be about 26.69 mg/g.

Abstract:In order to analyze the sequence similarity of the Arabidopsis calciumdependent protein kinase CPK12 in different species and the function of CPK12 in the ABA signaling, this study carried on the amino acid sequence alignment of CPK12 among different species, and focused on the direct interaction between CPK12 and ABF4 in vivo and in vitro. The amino acid sequence alignment was conducted to analyze CPK12 homology among the Arabidopsis thaliana, Brassica napus, Capsella rubella, etc. In addition, CPK12 and ABF4 were co-transfected through the yeast twohybrid system. The result showed that yeasts could grow normally on SD (His/Ade Leu/Trp) agar medium, indicating that CPK12 interacted with ABF4 in vitro. In the bimolecular fluorescence complementary assay, the obvious yellow fluorescence signal could be observed in the nucleus when CPK12 and ABF4 were co-transfected into tobacco. The result also demonstrated that CPK12 interacted with ABF4 in vivo. All these provided direct evidence that CPK12 was involved in the ABA signaling.

Abstract:By using dilution coating method a fungus D3-19 with insecticidal activity against locusts was isolated from soil of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. By the morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis, D3-19 was preliminary identification as A.japonicas. Indoor bioassay results showed that both fermentation liquor and conidial suspension of A.japonicas D3-19 had insecticidal activity against L. migratoria. For 96 and 144 h of treatment, The corrected mortalities of the A. japonicas D3-19 fermentation liquor against L.migratoriawere 86.67% and 100%, respectively. Meanwhile, the LC 50 value of L.migratoria to the A. japonicas D3-19 conidia suspension was 3.42×10 5 conidia/mL. The result showed that, 3×10 8 conidia/mL conidial suspension of A. japonicas D3-19 had insecticidal activity against all life stages of L. migratoria, and the LT 50 (median lethal time) values of emerging adults, fourth to fifth instars, third instars larvae, and second instars larvae were 155 h, 104.8 h, 54.6 h, and 30.6 h, respectively.

Abstract:Based on previous obtained transcriptome data of the larval gut of Apis cerana cerana, a total of 57327 alternative splicing events occurred in 9124 genes were identified, in normal guts (AcCK) and Ascosphaera apis infected guts (AcT1, AcT2 and AcT3). among them, intergenic(17.68%), p3 splice (15.32%), exon span (ES) (14.12%) and p5 splice (12.81%) were main kinds of alternative splicing. Venn analysis showed 8111 alternatively spliced genes were shared in these four samples, and the number of unique alternatively spliced genes in AcT1, AcT2 and AcT3 are 272, 189 and 385, respectively. GO categorization demonstrated the shared alternative spliced genes were engaged in 47 GO terms, and the unique alternatively spliced genes in AcT1, AcT2 and AcT3 were related to 24, 20 and 34 GO terms. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis displayed the shared alternatively spliced genes were enriched in 327 pathways, and the largest ones were RNA transport, protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum and ribosome; the unique alternatively spliced genes of AcT1, AcT2 and AcT3 were enriched in 22, 46 and 83 pathways, respectively.

Abstract:To explore the role of palmatine in vascular calcification,we employed a calcific cell model using β-glyceophosphate to stimulate the rat aortic smooth muscle cells (RASMCs). We performed a Von Kossa staining assay to detect the effect of palmatine on calcific RASMCs upon calcium deposition, we found that the modified palmatine could significantly inhibit intracellular calcium deposition of RASMCs after calcification. The mRNA level of the nuclear transcription factor nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf-2) was determined by Real-time Quantitative PCR, we found that the modified palmatine could significantly increase the mRNA level of Nrf-2 from (0.09±0.01) fold to (2.54±0.35) fold in RASMCs following calcification. Further,we measured the protein level of Nrf-2 by Western Blot, we found that the modified palmatine could significantly activate the expression of Nrf-2 in RASMCs following calcification. We used a Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) kit to detect the fluorescence intensity of ROS, we observed that the modified palmatine could respectively decrease the fluorescence intensity indicating ROS from (1.04±0.03) to (0.82±0.01) in RASMCs after calcification. We used a Nitric Oxide (NO) kit to measure the production of NO, we observed that the modified palmatine could decrease the production of NO from (5.73±0.05) μmol/L to (3.73±0.15) μmol/L in RASMCs after calcification.

Abstract:Compared whole genome of BA06 with other 18 B.pumilus strains and 12 Genomic islands or prophages were identified, including resistance island, pathogenicity island and symbiotic island. Gene family analysis indicated that BA06 has 3 peculiar gene families, 9 expansive gene families and 3 contractive gene families. Above all of these revealed that BA06 has outstanding drug resistance and moving ability in B.pumilus genus. BA06 possibly has more biological characteristics except dehairing activity.

Abstract:In order to achieve the rapid high-throughput determination of intracellular lipid content of phaeodacylum tricornutum, the detection conditions were investigated by Nile red fluorescence staining. To establish the optimal dyeing conditions, the 96 well plates and microplate reader were used to examine the various pretreatment solutions and their usage, the amount of Nile red, the dyeing temperature, time, and the effect of cell concentration on fluorescence intensity. And the relationship between fluorescence intensity and oil content was further investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions for detection were as follows: the final concentration of TritonX-100 at 0.05%, 3 μL of Nile red dye solution (0.1 mg/mL) to 100 μL of algal suspension,temperature 40 ℃ and the time 10 min. There was a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity (y) and the oil content (x) of the algal cells in the range of 3×10 6 cells/mL, y=927.37x+15.913,R2=0.9247.After optimization of the method, 96 samples can be processed and analyzed within 90 minutes, greatly improving the throughput of the analysis.
