    • A self-associated method for packet detection classification based on DPI

      2019, 56(1):29-36.

      Abstract (1121) HTML (0) PDF 1.13 M (358) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:With the continuous development of the Internet, more and more nontraditional services are emerging and occupying a large amount of network bandwidth resources, which makes Internet services and security more and more difficult to be managed andaffects the normal performance of traditional services. The existing identification methods generally use port identification and DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) technology, which is difficult to identify roundabout traffic and encrypted traffic. This paper proposes a classification method based on DPI autocorrelation detection. This method firstly identifies the roundabout flow through the seventuple association relationship with the sample stream, called as strong autocorrelation (SA).Then, the detected stream features are extracted and identified by the classification decision function proposed in this paper. This part is called weak autocorrelation(WA). The experimental results show that the proposed method can overcome the DPI shortcomings in the roundabout and encrypted traffic identification and improve the traffic flow identification accuracy.

    • Chinese emotion feature selection method based on the extended emotional dictionary and the chi-square model

      2019, 56(1):37-44.

      Abstract (744) HTML (0) PDF 3.02 M (299) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:According to the defects and deficiencies of the classical feature selection method in Chinese comment text, an improved method is proposed for Chinese emotion feature selection. The current existing emotion feature selection method generally only used the statistical information of the feature items in the classes, ignoring the influence of the emotional polarity value on feature selection. Meanwhile the negative words in the sentiment text can cause the reversal of the emotional polarity of the characteristics, which would bring great negative effects on the feature selection. To tackle these problems, antisense transformation processing of the emotion characteristic words is performed in the range of the negative words, which effectively solves the emotional polarity reverasl in the sentiment text. The paper also introduces the emotional polarity values and its frequency into the chisquare model (CHI) to improve the effect of CHI on the emotion feature selection. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of emotion classification by about 1.5% in multiply domain data sets, compared with other algorithms.

      Abstract (951) HTML (0) PDF 1.03 M (379) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:In this paper, we use Sina Weibo text as the main experimental dataset, and propose a coding method suitable for selfoptimization of convolutional neural networks. Our coding method encodes each CNN framework using a hybrid double nonnumeric encoding by treating each layer as a chromosome and the parameters in each layer as a gene segment respectively, and selection, crossover and mutation algorithms are devised for CNN networks. We also propose a genetic algorithm based on sentiment analysis algorithm (GACNN) which combines genetic algorithm (GA) with convolutional neural network. The experiment and comparative analysis of GACNN and traditional algorithms demonstrates the selfoptimization of our method.

    • Research on signal transmission method of LCLP type ICPT system based on FSK

      2019, 56(1):78-86.

      Abstract (587) HTML (0) PDF 2.25 M (263) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The traditional inductively coupled power transmission system has problems such as large loss of switches and voltage or current harmonics generated when the converter is working. This paper, based on the LCLP topology, proposes a method for synchronous transmission of electrical energy, which regards the ICPT system as the main circuit and Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) modulation signal. Through the principle analysis of LCLP type ICPT system and the research of signal modulation and demodulation strategy, a mathematical model was established for the simultaneous transmission of electric energy and signal. On account of the premise of maximizing the power transmission capability, the system parameters were calculated, and the simulation model was built for verification and analysis. The simulation results show that the Bit Error Rate (BER) is zero in nonnoise environment; In the noise environment, the BER decreases with the increase of SNR when SNR<-4, the BER is zero when the SNR ≥-4. Before and after the introduction of the signal transmission circuit, the resonant output voltage amplitude is basically unchanged, the BODE curves’ change trend and attenuation value are unchanged as well, and the harmonic distortion rate at the load is reduced to 13.24%. The system has no significant impact on power transmission while transmitting signal in low BER condition.

      2019, 56(1):87-90.

      Abstract (663) HTML (0) PDF 411.53 K (234) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The definition of energy is a long-standing difficult problem in gravity theory because of the diffeomorphism invariance of the gravity field. Various approaches have been developed. We have generalized Wald’s approach for the constructing quasi-local energy of gravity field, which is based on the Lagrangian formulation, to the three-dimensional gravity with torsion, and obtained the conserved energy and angular momentumfor the Mielke-Baekler (MB) model. For BTZ black hole with torsion, the conserved charges are consistent with those obtained from the approach based on Hamiltonian formulation.

      2019, 56(1):91-94.

      Abstract (635) HTML (0) PDF 897.17 K (303) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:High-order harmonic generation from H2+ with different vibrational states has been theoretically investigated. The results show that the red-shifts of the harmonics can be found in the lower vibrational states. As the vibrational state increases, the red-shifts of the harmonics are decreased even disappeared. Through studying the time-frequency analyses of the harmonics and the contributions of the harmonics from the two-H nuclei, the reason behind the frequency modulation of harmonics can be given.

    • Investigations of 0.7 anomaly due to Rashba effect and lateral spin-orbit coupling in the quantum point contacts

      2019, 56(1):95-103.

      Abstract (842) HTML (0) PDF 2.21 M (381) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:We study the abnormal quantum transport through quantum point contact systems with Rashba effect and lateral spin-orbit coupling under asymmetric confinement geometries. We find that for a certain range of Rashba interaction strength, the conductance has a weak plateau around 0.8×2e^2/h. The value of this anomalous plateau is dependent on the voltage bias of the asymmetric confinement. We find that for a certain range of voltage bias, this weak plateau is lowered slightly with increasing the voltage bias. Furthermore, we find that the asymmetric confinement gives rises to a nonzero spin polarization due to the Rashba spin-orbit coupling. Therefore, we can make such quantum point contact spin-polarizer by purely electrical means in the absence of any applied external magnetic field.

      Abstract (620) HTML (0) PDF 649.04 K (311) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:In view of the defect of the traditional measurements of materials linear absorption coefficients, in this work the linear absorption coefficients of gamma ray in different experimental conditions are simulated and calculated using the Monte Carlo N Particle Transport Code (MCNP) and the method of full energy peak area, and the deviations of the coefficients from the recognized values are also calculated. The appropriate experimental condition is obtained by reducing the deviation to a reasonable scope and contrasting with other methods. As a result, the approved measuring equipment which is easy to adjust is able to obtain the information about radiation energy. It offers a better accuracy and higher detection efficiency compared with the counting method.

      2019, 56(1):125-134.

      Abstract (713) HTML (0) PDF 3.91 M (265) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The study was to prepare composite calcium phosphate cement with improved repair and anti-tumor injectable sustained-release selenium nanoparticle. Na2SeO3/CS sustained release selenium nanospheres were prepared by emulsification and crosslinking method. The microspheres were combined with calcium phosphate cement (CPC) to prepare the Na2SeO3/CS/ CPC bone repair system. The curing time, mechanical strength, sustained release selenium and degradation properties, morphology and phase composition of the system were measured and characterized, and the activity of the cells in vitro was studied. The result showed that compared with pure CPC, when the amount of Na2SeO3/CS nano microspheres was 4 %,the injection of composite CPC was good, the curing time was 5.75 -11.5 minutes and the curing strength was improved. The microstructure showed that CPC was evenly wrapped on the surface of chitosan microspheres and formed a needle like HA crystal. The addition of the microspheres to the crystalline phase of the composite CPC material had no significant effect in the components. The sustained release selenium effect was good, the effective release was 22 d, and the degradation was better than the pure CPC. The honeycomb like three-dimensional porous structure of the network was formed, which was beneficial to the adhesion of tissue cells and blood vessels and nerves. In vitro cell test showed that the inhibitory effect of compound CPC on the proliferations of MCF-7 and MG-63 human osteosarcoma cells in human breast cancer cells was significant, and the inhibitory difference between the two cell proliferations was not significant. This study provided a new idea for non-bone bearing minimally invasive, defect repair and postoperative recovery of bone tumors, prevention and treatment of recurrence and metastasis, and provided an experimental basis for the rational application of functional element selenium.

By using the Scenic Beauty Evaluation method, three evaluation indexes of ecology, aesthetics and maintenance were selected to evaluate three different types of succulent landscapes. And through the partial correlation analysis, the evaluation factor with the smallest correlation coefficient is eliminated, and the community level, coordination, symbiosis, diversity, unity, balance, stability, color matching, rich colors, plant growth, and surrounding environment, which contribute a lot to the scenic beauty value, are retained. Finally, the multi-linear backward regression method was used to establish the evaluation model of succulent landscape scenic beauty by SPSS 18.0, namely Y =0.201 X1+0.177 X2+0.072 X3+0.069 X4+0.210 X5+0.120 X6+0.106 X7+0.117 X8. Among them, Y is the standard value of succulent landscape scenic beauty, X1 means community level, X2 means coordinated symbiosis, X3 means diversity and unity, X4 means balance and stability, X5 means color matching, X6 means rich colors, X7 means plant growth, and X8 means surrounding environment. The results of this study can provide a more scientific approach to the evaluation, design, and construction of outdoor landscapes for succulents.
