    • Reasoning over intra-document and jointly matching question and candidate answer to the passage based multiple-choice Reading Comprehension

      2019, 56(3):423-430.

      Abstract (649) HTML (0) PDF 1.67 M (357) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Accroding to the defects in the current machine reading comprehension approaches that either match the passage to the question alone leading to the loss of information of the passage or match the passage to the sequence that concatenates the question and the candidate answer leading to loss of interaction information between a question and an answer and traditional recurrent-based encoder that sequentially parses the text sequence ignoring inta-document relationships, a model that improve the encoder of the passage and jointly match the question and candidate answer to the passage is proposed. Firstly, the sequences of the passage are chunked into blocks based on multi-granular, encoder takes the neural bag-of-words representation of each block, that is sum the embedding of all words that reside in each block. Next, the blocks are passed into fully-connected layers and expanded to original sequence lengths. The gating function are then constructed through two layered feed-forward neural network which modeling the relationshiops between all blocks that each word resides in, allowing for possessing a larger overview of the context information and capturing the intra-document relationships. Finaly, the attention mechanism is used to model the interaction between the passage and the question as well as the candidate answer to select an answer. Experimental results on the SemEval-2018 Task 11 demonstrate that our approach performance improvement over the baselines such as Stanford AR and GA Reader ranges from %-%, pull ahead of recent model SurfaceLR by at least 3% and outperforms the TriAN by 1%. Besides, pretraining the model on RACE datasets helps to improve the overall performance.

    • An Encryption Method for Topological Structure of Fingerprint Minutiae

      2019, 56(3):437-440.

      Abstract (891) HTML (0) PDF 756.73 K (346) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:A novel fingerprint encryption algorithm based on topological structure of fingerprint minutiae is presented in this paper. The encryption algorithm randomly selects three different points on the infinite plan, which form a triangle and do not belong to any fingerprint feature points, as the fingerprint encryption keys. The distance between the fingerprint feature points and the three selected points is taken as encrypted value, which is calculated for every fingerprint feature point until all the feature points are encrypted, and finally the fingerprint encryption value is obtained. Compared with the previous fingerprint encryption algorithms, the advantage of the proposed algorithm is to expand the selection range of the initial value of the key and the key space, which makes the brute force more difficult. The encryption calculation method is simple and its complexity is low, the encryption efficiency for a large amount of fingerprint data is improved.

    • Malware family classification based on text embedding feature representation

      2019, 56(3):441-449.

      Abstract (837) HTML (0) PDF 2.03 M (405) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Automation, efficiency, and granularity are major challenges in the area of malware detection and classification. With the successful application of deep learning in the fields of image processing, speech recognition and natural language processing, it has alleviated the enormous pressure of traditional analysis methods on manpower and time cost to some extent. This paper describes mal2vec: an automatic, efficient and finegrained malware analysis method, which treats each malware as a text with rich behavioral semantic information. The content of the text is composed of API sequences when malware is dynamically executed. We use the classical neural probability model Doc2Vec to train the text set. The experimental results show that the effect of this paper is significantly improved compared with the classification effect of Rieck et al. In particular, unlike other methods of deep learning, this method can extract the intermediate results of model training for explicit representation. This explicit intermediate result is interpretable and allows us to analyze the behavior patterns of the malware family from a finegrained level.

      2019, 56(3):457-462.

      Abstract (1182) HTML (0) PDF 1.21 M (412) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:To solve the problem of low accuracy in general cyber security named entity recognition (NER) model,a deep active learning method is proposed for NER in general cyber security field, which is based on character feature,BiLSTM and conditional random field (CRF). The neural network model is for sequence labeling and CRF is for label dependency constraint, which then improves the accuracy of sequence labeling. Furthermore,as for datasets with the insufficient labeled samples in cyber security field, the proposed active learning method is able to achieve better sequence labeling effect with a small number of labeled samples.

      2019, 56(3):463-468.

      Abstract (534) HTML (0) PDF 1.62 M (258) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Networks at all levels are limited by the export-bandwidth. With the popularity of Internet and its applications, Network is in face of the pressure from expansion. Although it can satisfy the bandwidth requirement in peaks, it will usually result in additional cost of facility upgrade and more expensive rental charge of bandwidth. Based on the tidal characteristics of bandwidth utilization, this paper proposed an adaptive algorithm of dynamic bandwidth allocation. In this algorithm, multiple levels of bandwidth and Quality-of-Level are configured and an alerting factor is introduced. Meanwhile, early warning information of bandwidth expansion can be provided additionally. Experiments are conducted to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm.

    • Named Entity Recognition for Vulnerabilities Based on BLSTM-CRF Model

      2019, 56(3):469-475.

      Abstract (927) HTML (0) PDF 1.39 M (363) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Unstructured text resources provide a large amount of information related to vulnerability. Traditional domain-specific entity recognition relies on feature templates and domain knowledge to recognize related entities. The recognition performance depends largely on the quality of manually selected feature functions. It is a challenging task to mine the features implied by the text automatically, rather than manually formulate the characterization of the domain terminology. In this paper, a BLSTM and CRF security vulnerability domain entity recognition model (BLSTM-CRF model) is proposed and a dictionary is used to correct the results generated by the model. The F value can reach 85%. Experiments show that this method can significantly reduce the workload of manually selecting features while improving the precision and recall

      Abstract (565) HTML (0) PDF 859.40 K (298) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:An effective method to enhance the intensities of the attosecond pulses has been proposed by using the asymmetric polarization gating (PG) technology. The results show that when the two circularly polarized pulses are asymmetry in pulse intensity, not only the modulation of the harmonics can be decreased; but also the intensities of the harmonics can be enhanced, correspnding to a 85 eV supercontinuum with the near-single quantum path contribution. Finally, by superposing the harmonics of this supercontinuum, a single attosecond pulse with the full width at half maximum of 52 can be obtained.

    • Simulation study on the characteristics of secondary cosmic ray with LHAASO

      2019, 56(3):481-486.

      Abstract (738) HTML (0) PDF 2.20 M (425) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO) is located at Haizi Mountain in Daocheng County (4400 m a.s.l., Sichuan, China). This experiment is realized by using various methods for an accurate duplex measurement on the secondary cosmic rays entering the atmosphere. The thunderstorms occur frequently in high altitude areas, so the number, direction and energy of secondary particles of cosmic rays in the Extensive Air Shower (EAS) will be affected by thunderstorms electric field. In this paper, employing Monte Carlo method, we simulate the process of EAS for the primary particles cosmic rays entering the atmosphere and study the longitudinal distribution, the lateral distribution and the energy distribution of photons, electrons and muons in the secondary particles. The results show that the number of electrons on the LHAASO detector surface is 2 ~ 3 times more than that of the muons; the muons have a wide range of horizontal distribution, while the electrons are of concentrated distribution; the muon's energy is much larger than that of the electron. Considering the influence of the electric field, the effect of the electric field will be more evident on the electrons, which has tiny mass. Our simulation results are significant in studying the acceleration mechanism of secondary charged particles caused by electric field and provide important information to understand the observation of ground experiments during thunderstorms.

    • Band gaps of CaX (X=S, Se, Te) in GW approximation correction

      2019, 56(3):487-494.

      Abstract (525) HTML (0) PDF 568.71 K (244) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The structures and electronic properties of calcium chalcogenides CaX (X=S, Se, Te) in NaCl structure have been investigated by using the first-principle pseudopotential method based on density function theory within a LDA (local density approximation). The calculated lattice parameters are in excellent agreement with the experimental results, whereas the minimum gaps are much lower than the experimental ones. To get the reliable band gap values, we employ the GW (G is Green’s function and W is the screened Coulomb interaction) approximation method to correct the band gap values. The band gap values of CaS and CaSe using GW approximation have been improved compared to the obtained results from the LDA, which are in agreement with the experimental data. And we also predict the band gap value of the CaTe. It is expected that GW approximation should be very appropriate, though there is no experimental result for CaTe.

      2019, 56(3):495-499.

      Abstract (495) HTML (0) PDF 1.57 M (283) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:ARGO-YBJ, located at the Yangbajing cosmic ray Observatory (4300 m a. s. l., Tibet, China), has a threshold energy of about several hundred GeVs. It is particular useful in searching for high energy GRBs because of its unique advantages of high altitude, wide field of view, and full coverage. ARGO-YBJ experiment can not distinguish between photons and protons. To find photon signals in a large number of cosmic ray events, we must correctly estimate the background event rate, which is the key to search for high-energy GRBs. In this paper, the “equi-zenith-angle” method is used to analyze the cosmic ray background of GRBs in ARGO experiment. Due to the rotation of the earth, the zenith angle varies with time. We focuses on the analysis of the change of zenith angle in the duration of the long GRBs, so that the background estimation is more accurate.

      Abstract (585) HTML (0) PDF 1.27 M (262) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The ground states and excitation states of 1-methylamideanthraquinone (MAAQ) are studied by using density functional theory (DFT) combined with time-dependent density functional theory. In the S0 state of MAAQ, amide group is coplanar with anthraquinone, and an intramolecular hydrogen bond C=O•••H-N is formed. The S0→S1 transition belongs to π→π*. Two stable structures (planar nMAAQ and twisted tMAAQ) have been obtained in the S1 state of MAAQ, nMAAQ is the dominant conformation in the S1 state of MAAQ and the emission spectra of tMAAQ is not observed in the solution of MAAQ. In the S1 state, twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) process occurs in MAAQ. An intermolecular hydrogen bond F•••H-N is formed in the S0 state, and ESIPT happens in the S1 state for MAAQ-F-.

      2019, 56(3):513-517.

      Abstract (570) HTML (0) PDF 1.00 M (254) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Based on the directed relation graph with error propagation (DRGEP) reduction method and the computational singular perturbation(CSP) importance index method, a detailed mechanism of n-decane with 119 species and 373 reactions was simplified. A skeletal mechanism with 32 species and 73 reactions was thus obtained. By comparing the ignition delay time, the concentration profile of important species and extinction simulation results with the detailed mechanism, we find the skeletal mechanisms could reproduce the characteristics of the detailed mechanism and give the combustion characteristics of n-decane. The development of these models represents a significant step toward coupling of chemical reaction kinetics with computational fluid dynamics, and is a good basis for improving computational efficiency.

      Abstract (530) HTML (0) PDF 1.32 M (243) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The gerometric structures, electronic and magnetic properties of the Co and Ni single doped and double doped ZnO nanowires are systematically studied by using density functional theory. It is found that the binding energies of the doped nanowires are negative, which indicates that the doping process is an exothermic reaction. The Co atom tends to occupy the intermediate position, while the Ni atom tends to occupy the surface position. All doped nanowires show direct band gap semiconductor behavior with the narrow energy gap. The magnetic moments of the nanowires mainly originate from the 3d orbitals of magnetic atoms. Two ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic coupling states appear in the Co-doped nanowires, while three ferromagnetic, antiferromagnetic and paramagnetic coupling states appear in the Ni-doped nanowires.

The activity of defense enzymes Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Peroxidase (POD), Polyphenol oxidase (PPO), Phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL) and the Malondialdehyde (MDA) content of resistance related substances were different in distinct materials. The activities of the two kinds of resistant materials, such as SOD, POD, and PAL, were significantly higher than that of the susceptible material. There was no significant difference in PPO activity and MDA content between resistant materials and susceptible materials. The observation on root hair infection of three materials at an early stage by hydroponics, the results showed that the root hairs infection rate of susceptible material R-197 was significantly higher than that of resistant varieties Huashuang 5R and material Kc84-1 in the sixth to fourteenth days of infection.
