Application of Single Tag Method in psi(3686) Baryonic Pair Decay

    Abstract:

    Based on BOSS framework, we studied the single tag method and exclusive method in psi(3686) baryonic pair decay. The results shown that the detection efficiency, without include the intermediate resonance decay branching fractions, can reached up to 34.35% with single tag method while 3.79% with exclusive method. According to our study, the single tag method shows advantage in detection efficiency, signal to noise ratio and signal yields, which is recommended to be employed in study of psi(3686) baryonic pair decay.
